Territory Sales Representative 

Good Use sources surplus and cosmetically challenged produce to make delicious juice that reduces food waste! We’re looking for an outgoing, organized, and goal oriented representative to increase access to our juices in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is all about maintaining current grocery/cafe/food subscription relationships while generating new key accounts.

Responsibilities:

Account Management Maintain good standing with accounts improving visibility within accounts by negotiating to increase facings per sku, posting marketing material, reducing retailers tag price, cross promoting, and scheduling demo’s. Ensure that product is moving, product is safe/fresh on shelves, and buyers continue to order.

Business Development Qualify and win new key accounts through in-store visits, ride-alongs, cold calls, sample drop-offs and follow ups. Enter necessary paperwork to notify distributors along with CRM entry for marketing team.

Marketing Relay necessary information to Marketing team for developing effective demo/event schedule and marketing collateral. Staffing occasional marketing events (sometimes on weekends) is to be expected.

Must:

Have a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with team and account staff.

Have an in depth understanding of our product and environmental mission and how we’re different from the competition.

Demonstrate understanding in effective in-store merchandizing and marketing.

Open to guidance, coaching, requests and otherwise self directed and independent.

Have a car/driver’s license for travel to accounts in SF, North Bay, South Bay, and East Bay areas.

Keep an organized, diligent log of activity.

Have at least 1 year of food/bev sales and account management experience.

Baseline goals will be set for account improvements and new accounts. Base salary and generous commission structure and opportunity for company stock options as we raise our seed round of financing.
