Introductory Lessons
Introductory lessons are available at all venues.
It is not easy to get a sense of what the Technique is like from reading about it alone. An introductory lesson will help you to decide if it is something that is going to help you and if you’d like to take it further.
Introductory Workshops
Alternatively, you may want to attend an introductory workshop. These small group workshops offer a friendly and informal opportunity to find out more about the Alexander Technique and how it works.
